The former Lauwerszee is a unique nature area that is much more than just water. Rugged grasslands, forests, and reed fields surround the lake and its many islands. The nights here are truly dark, and the birds are countless. The two cabins at Basecamp are accessible on foot and by bike. A canoe is ready for you to explore the lake
